I don’t understand the process for scanning my breast. Can you tell me more?
First, download our app. The Emulait App scan is currently only available on iPhones with True Depth Camera. Choose the Match option and follow the video guide and detailed instructions to take a quick scan of your breast. The scan collects data points and measurements, never photos or images. It captures size (diameter and height), shape and color to help us tailor the Emulait nipple to your anatomy.
For a successful scan, here are some of our tips:
- Make sure you are positioned in a well-lit space.
- Keep your nipple inside the dotted circle.
- A scan takes less than ten seconds to complete.
Do Emulait bottles have air vents?
The vents on the Emulait bottle are built into the nipple thread and, together with the flow control, reduce air swallowing (aerophagia) to minimize post-feed gas, stomach discomfort and fussiness (colic symptoms).
Does Emulait make glass bottles?
No, Emulait bottles are not available in glass. Our bottles are made of BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic Tritan (plastic).
Are Emulait bottles BPA Free?
Yes! Your baby’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. All Emulait bottles are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic Tritan (plastic).
Do your bottles come with travel/storage lids?
Yes! All bottles come with a travel cap and lid.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to these countries: US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Taxes and duty fees apply on international orders to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

Do you accept returns?
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products for both you and your baby. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Within these 14 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund, or exchange. Please note, all returns must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Applies only to purchases made within the US. Customer to pay for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes and/or duty fees. Emulait does not refund original shipping cost nor import/export taxes, VAT or duty fees.

Privacy and Security
What information does the ‘Find My Match’ scan collect?
We respect you and your privacy. That’s why our scanning app collects data points, never photographs or images. These data points are used to match you with an accurate nipple size and color for a bottle that is Yours, Truly.
Am I obligated to scan in order to purchase a product?
No. If you prefer not to scan, you can select a “self-select” or "most common” option.
I no longer need my account, can I delete it?
Yes, you may delete your account at any time.
