US Shipping
Getting our products to you as quickly as possible is our top priority. We try to ship products the same day the order is placed. During certain peak times, orders may take a little longer to fulfill. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@emulait.com and we will get right on it for you!
Once shipped from our fulfillment center, delivery times are typically between 3-8 days.
All orders are shipped as bottles are produced. Certain color/shape options may ship sooner than others, and delivery times may vary based on availability.
Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you do not see your tracking number, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you track your order and do not see movement for the first day or two, do not worry! Rest assured that your order is in process and will ship soon. We use a range of carriers for shipping so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 on all orders.

Please know Emulait provides complimentary Lactation Consulting where we can help you understand and learn how to use your Emulait product. Please shoot an email to asklactaction@emulait.com to set up a one-on-one meeting with our Lactation Consulting team.Â

We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged or returned, and we're here to make that process as straightforward as possible for you. To start an exchange or return, simply visit our return portal. This portal will walk you through the process, making exchanges and returns easy and convenient.Â
Step 1
Complete the Return Request within our return portal.
Step 2
Our Customer Care Team will review your Return Request.
Step 3
Our Customer Care Team will provide an email with information on how to proceed with your return/exchange. Please check your Spam folders.
Step 4
If your return/exchange is approved, you will be emailed an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form with return instructions.
Step 5
Print out your packing slip and include it in the box with your return/exchange item for our returns team to identify your order.
Step 6
Follow all return/exchange instructions.
Please note: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use any carrier of choice.Â

Return PolicyÂ
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products for both you and your baby. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Within these 14 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund, or exchange. Please note, all returns must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Customer to pay for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes and/or duty fees. Emulait does not refund original shipping cost nor import/export taxes, VAT or duty fees. Please note if your returned product is determined to be outside the scope of the Emulait return policy, you may be subject to a processing fee of 50% of the purchase price of each returned item.
