Details
The Anatomy Bottle is our iconic breast-shaped bottle designed to emulate the breastfeeding experience. Our customizable nipples simulate the form, feel and function of a real nipple. Flesh-like in both softness and texture with interior fibers that mimic milk ducts, the Emulait nipple is not stiff and rigid like other bottle nipples. The nipple stretches and elongates during bottle feeding, allowing your baby to use the natural suckling action they are born with and promoting oral development benefits that no other bottle provides.

The Anatomy Bottle enables a more natural baby-to-breast position while feeding, facilitates better eye contact with your baby, and supports responsive feeding.

Feed your baby with ease, knowing that our baby bottles are designed to minimize the likelihood of nipple confusion or bottle preference, and support prolonged breastfeeding.

Emulait is a first-of-its-kind biomimetic feeding system unlike the conventional baby bottles that you may be familiar with. Our in-house lactation experts offer guidance to customers who need support using the bottle.

Questions

What materials are used to make Emulait products?

Our bottles are made of BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic Tritan. The silicone we use is a premium medical-grade product which allows for the unique stretch which is a key feature of the Emulait nipples. The silicone is FDA-approved and designed for use in the infant care market.

Are Emulait Bottles anti-colic?

Yes, Emulait Bottles are anti-colic. More specifically, Emulait nipples, and the way they attach to the bottles, reduce air swallowing (aerophagia) thereby minimizing post-feed gas, stomach discomfort and fussiness. The vents are built into the nipple thread and, together with the flow control, serve this purpose.

How often should I replace my Emulait products?

We recommend replacing the Emulait nipples every three months. The materials we use are highly durable, but you should always check the nipple for signs of wear.

Use & Care

Anatomy Bottle User Manual

The Emulait bottle must be used with the Flow Control Valve inserted in the nipple.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

For cleaning, fully disassemble all parts. Wash all parts in hot water and dish soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly, ensuring all cavities are clean. To clean nipple, invert the nipple and use the Emulait bottle brush to clean between the fibers.

Alternatively, we recommend cleaning and sanitizing your Emulait products in the dishwasher. The Dishwasher Basket provides a quick and convenient way to store and wash your bottle parts securely.

General Safety

Always check food temperature before feeding. Dispose of bottle components at the first signs of damage or structural weakness. Always check the nipples for signs of wear and replace when damaged. Do not use a microwave oven to heat the bottle as microwave ovens can create hotspots in milk or formula. The bottle components are not toys and should not be given to children to play with or suck on.
