I don’t understand the process for scanning my breast. Can you tell me more? 

First, download our app. The Emulait App scan is currently only available on iPhones with True Depth Camera. Choose the Match option and follow the video guide and detailed instructions to take a quick scan of your breast. The scan collects data points and measurements, never photos or images. It captures size (diameter and height), shape and color to help us tailor the Emulait nipple to your anatomy.

For a successful scan, here are some of our tips:

  • Make sure you are positioned in a well-lit space.
  • Keep your nipple inside the dotted circle.
  • A scan takes less than ten seconds to complete.

Do Emulait bottles have air vents? 

The vents on the Emulait bottle are built into the nipple thread and, together with the flow control, reduce air swallowing (aerophagia) to minimize post-feed gas, stomach discomfort and fussiness (colic symptoms).

Does Emulait make glass bottles? 

No, Emulait bottles are not available in glass. Our bottles are made of BPA-free, phthalate-free and non-toxic Tritan (plastic). 

Are Emulait bottles BPA Free? 

Yes! Your baby’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. All Emulait bottles are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-toxic Tritan (plastic).

Do your bottles come with travel/storage lids? 

Yes! All bottles come with a travel cap and lid.

Do you accept returns?  

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products for both you and your baby. We offer a 14-day no questions asked return policy from the date your order is delivered. Within these 14 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund, or exchange. Please note, all returns must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Applies only to purchases made within the US.  Customer to pay for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes and/or duty fees. Emulait does not refund original shipping cost nor import/export taxes, VAT or duty fees.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, contact customer service for assistance at support@emulait.com. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.

Can I edit my order?  

We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible.Please contact customer service at support@emulait.com and we will determine if we can edit the order based on the order status.

Vilken information samlar "Hitta Min Match"-skanningen in?

Vi respekterar dig och din integritet. Därför samlar vår skanningsapp endast in datapunkter, aldrig fotografier eller bilder. Dessa datapunkter används för att matcha dig med en korrekt bröstvårtestorlek och -färg för en flaska som verkligen passar dig.

Måste jag skanna för att köpa en produkt?

Nej. Om du föredrar att inte skanna kan du välja ett "välj själv" eller "mest vanliga" alternativ.
